Shipping and delivery policy

This policy explains how LumiqLab handles physical-order processing, dispatch, delivery estimates, and delivery issues.

1. Order processing

Physical-goods orders are typically reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment approval, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping charges and digital delivery

Unless a product page states a different rate, LumiqLab currently applies a flat shipping charge of $10.00 to non-empty physical-goods orders. Digital goods are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipment unless a specific listing clearly says otherwise.

3. Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on destination, carrier performance, customs handling, weather, and local delivery conditions. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

4. Shipping destinations

LumiqLab accepts orders for destinations that can be serviced by our selected carriers or delivery partners. If we cannot ship to the submitted address, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund the order.

5. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate delivery information. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, LumiqLab may charge additional delivery costs before reshipment or may issue a partial refund net of non-recoverable fulfillment costs.

6. Delivery completion

A shipment is considered delivered when it is marked delivered by the carrier, handed to the customer, left with a person reasonably present at the address, or delivered according to the delivery instructions provided with the order. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Delays, failed delivery, and returned parcels

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the package, or cannot be reached using the provided contact information, the order may be held, returned, or canceled by the carrier. Returned shipments may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded less any non-recoverable shipping, handling, or return charges.

8. Damaged or missing items

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact info@lumiqlab.com or +1 (302) 204-3573 within 48 hours of delivery or the last carrier scan. Include the order number, a summary of the issue, and photographs where possible so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
